All vendors are required to submit a certificate of insurance, high resolution photo of your logo, and food permit (if applicable). Direct sales, commercial, or mass-produced goods will not be accepted. Selection criteria include craftsmanship and creativity. All applications must be accompanied by payment.

Vendors are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs, etc. No electricity is available. The Downtown Sykesville Connection is a non-profit corporation. It is not a governmental entity. As such, it reserves the right to limit vendor applications. Criteria include but are not limited to, numbers/sizes of applications, theme/content of applications, and appropriateness of vendor to the event. No applications deemed political in nature will be accepted.
This event will be held rain or shine. A map of the layout will be provided a week prior to the event
