What a Great Experience - I'm on my third session and can already see results. Lillian took the time to do a full assessment communicating her thought process and considerations throughout. In assessing my condition she developed a tailor made program for what I was dealing with to get results with as little pain or discomfort as possible or necessary. My leg was stiff and I could barely bend it when sitting - between her program of stretching and exercise in 3 sessions I can get in the car without the extreme sharp pain I'd come to get use to. The office has the modern equipment in a nice setting and atmosphere. I'm early in our sessions but I've had such a positive experience I recommend coming to Sykesville PT if you find yourself in need of physical therapy.
