Foxy Boutique: A Year of Style, Smiles, and Stories

Last Updated 10/4/2025

When Leomara opened Foxy Boutique, she wasn’t just creating a place to shop—she was creating a place where women could feel celebrated. From the very first rack of clothes, the mission was clear: fashion should be fun, confidence should be contagious, and every day is an occasion worth dressing for.

A Look Back

It’s hard to believe it’s already been (almost) a year since Foxy’s grand opening—an event so special it was even covered by the Baltimore Sun. That day, Main Street came alive with laughter, cheers, and fashion finds as customers got their first taste of what makes Foxy unique: a boutique where shopping feels like a party.

The Foxy Boutique Experience

Scroll through Foxy’s social media, and you’ll see what makes this shop shine. It’s not just about the clothes—it’s about the moments: twirling in front of the mirror, laughing with a friend, or having Leomara (Leo, as she prefers to be called) hand you a piece you’d never pick for yourself… only to discover it’s your new favorite.

Getting dressed should never feel like a chore. At Foxy Boutique, it’s about being the occasion. Whether it’s a night out, a casual brunch, or just a Monday that needs a little sparkle, Leo and her team make sure you walk out with something that feels so you.

A Sisterhood on Main Street

One of the brightest surprises of Foxy’s first year has been the close friendship Leo has developed with her downtown neighbor, Annie of Cowboys & Angels. Both fabulous women entrepreneurs, the two often find themselves matching outfits completely unprompted—a sign of their shared style and passion. What started as cross-promotion between their boutiques has blossomed into a genuine friendship, the kind that grows when people who love what they do get to share the experience together. Their partnership has brought even more energy and collaboration to Main Street, reminding us that community is strongest when women lift each other up.

Voices of the Community

  • “Leo made me feel like a model in my own skin.”

  • “Shopping here is like shopping with your most stylish best friend.”

  • “Foxy Boutique helped me find not just an outfit, but confidence.”

Celebrate With Us

As we mark this milestone year, we’re celebrating the joy, the laughter, and the confidence Foxy Boutique has brought to Downtown Sykesville. The anniversary party on Saturday, October 11th, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. will feature a charcuterie board, bubbly, and specials—plus a chance to meet Leo in person.

Come celebrate the boutique that’s making Main Street feel a little bolder, a little brighter, and a whole lot more fun. ✨
