I had such a great experience here today at Botanigal! I picked out a few adorable plants and spent some time walking around Main Street, but unfortunately, one of the pots ripped through the bag and broke. My boyfriend went back in to ask for another bag to help clean up, and the owner actually came outside to help us. Not only did they assist with the cleanup, but they also kindly offered me a replacement vase for free and made sure everything was extra securely packaged the second time. Such kind, genuine customer service—I’ll definitely be back! 🌿🌱🍄
