She listens to what you are trying to achieve and clearly explains how it can be accomplished. My hair length is to my waist. She styles it and never cuts off more than I ask. Everytime I have an awesome haircut! Hair color has been outstanding! From the moment you walk in the door till you leave, you will be treated with great care.
