Maddie was awesome! She took the time to ask me what I wanted and to answer some questions I had about the particular style I chose. I valued her feedback about my hair texture, face shape, etc. and how to style it so it would work best for me. She made me feel at ease, and I knew I was in good hands! She also made sure I felt comfortable with the temperature of the water when washing my hair and to make sure I felt okay with the level of pressure she used for my scalp massage (which was very soothing to me). I appreciated that and she did a wonderful job. I chose the Hair Model service, and she was working under the guidance of Melissa, one of the co-owners of the salon, and I feel like it'll be no time before she's flying 100% solo. I absolutely love my haircut and how she styled it. I also want to note that I have naturally wavy hair, so when I get a great haircut, I must share!
