Crystal is always so sweet and pleasant when we come in. She consistently works her magic with Emily's hair. Emily twirls her hair to the point of breaking and one side was probably 5 or 6 inches shorter than the other from all the breakage. Crystal is non judgemental and always cuts her hair in the cutest styles.
